Brands Hatch trackday in the wet, he seems to think he went in a bit hot and the front end's tucked.

Lots of bouncing & rolling, the SV's supposedly scrap metal with the fuel tank popped & the carbs MIA. He's in an ambulance on the way to Pembury hospital, was talking to me on the phone but does sound rough as fuck. He mentioned an assortment of suspected fractures.

Will update as and when I know more.

EDIT:
What we can derive from the fact he was phoning from the ambulance:
He is concious.
He does not have severe head trauma.
He does not have a suspected spinal injury (or he would be strapped to a spinal board).
His lungs are intact or he'd be on oxygen.
He has at least one unbroken finger to dial with.
His eyesight is unaffected (presuming touch-screen phone).
Any fractures weren't severe enough to fill him full of morphine or you'd have got nothing more than a load of scribble out of him.

He is also not on his way to a specialist trauma centre, just a bog standard A&E.

His mop of hair got wet because he forgot to close the vents on the helmet. the resulting weight of said mop has dragged him off the bike by his head as he cornered.

Hopefully someone in the hospital will see sense and get the shears out!
