Windjammer + Bluetooth headset

Does anyone use a windjammer with a bluetooth headset, and if so which one.

Most seem to attach to the side and clip in the 'neck hole' which wont work with a windjammer. The Sena SMH10R seems like it might work ok. Any other options?

Only really interested in using it for navigation (TomTom / CoPilot) not bothered about music. Mic might be useful for google now stuff (additional navigation / rarely calls )

Do not have a solution as such but...
The Autocom Air headset looks like what you're looking for.
This as it fits inside the helmet.
Although you didn't express a price point, imo it's not cheap (solo kit (£190).

I use a midland BT City with a wind jammer on my Shoei Xr1000, fits fine, works perfectly.
