Before anyone starts, not mine Laughing My mate who I bought mine off put the money towards a new one, two weeks later his Garage has been bust into and the thing was gone this morning, with nothing else touched, so the scrotes were after the pit bike.

This bike was stolen last night from the Redditch area, its very unique with it having a white frame, big wheels and Red Bull graphics. Please share and try and help get this bike back.

Recovered!

The prat kept riding around the area, for 6 hours last night, he got it back at about 2 am when the divvy went home on it, he spent all night chasing it down in the area. He pulled up outside his house wheeled it round the back and my mate waited at the end of the road for the police to turn up. They did so and he got the bike back.

According to the scrotes mother, who answered the door, the lad wasn't in and she had no idea where the bike came from. Rolling Eyes

Ironically, the pit bike was locked up at the tea leaves house Laughing Laughing

Great news Thumbs Up

Is there any damage to it and are the po po pressing any charges on the scrote?

Also, your mate better step up his security big time, as the low life or his mates will probably go after it again and he may not be so lucky and get it back next time.

No they aren't. Evil or Very Mad I don't know why, something about lack of evidence, despite CCTV footage of him filling it up twice at different stations.

It looks like it was wheelied and looped, the knobblies are shredded, the seat was battered and some other stuff, but being so new, it still had a warranty, or something, and the shop owner where he bought it repaired most of the damage today and carried out the first service. At least we know it's ran in now!

I told him to be careful now, they know where he lives and they might come back for some of the other stuff in his garage. Or just break something out of spite. I've got a ground anchor I'm not using anywhere so he can have that, chain his RS and pit bike to it.

Pretty decent of the bloke to fix it up under warranty, as I wouldn't have thought it would cover damage caused in a situation like that. Thumbs Up

It's no wonder these types of scum do what they do, if the law keeps letting them get away with it but, they'll quite happily fine you or me for parking illegally or being a few mph over the speed limit. Evil or Very Mad

To be fair to the po po though, they probably get fed up bringing a prosecution against scum like this, only for the courts to slap them on the wrists after his legal aid solicitor tells him what a reformed character he now is and he'll never break the law again. Rolling Eyes

I'd say it'd be worth while for your mate to shell out a couple of hundred quid or so on decent security items though (ground anchors, almax chain, alarmed disc locks etc.... It's what I did after someone tried nicking my bike a few months back and thankfully *touch wood* I still have it. It may cost a bit initially but, hopefully it'll last for years to come. Plus he'll end up paying more in increased insurance premiums, if he has to claim for a stolen bike or replace it himself.

That is bullshit, shit like that with the police gets right on my goat.

There was some scallies round where I used to live that kept breaking in to my car pretty much every other weekend. Each time they broke they would pop a hole in my door skin with a screw driver. I knew who it was, the police knew who it was, would they do anything? would they fuck.

They wonder why people go vigilante.

Your friend should make an official complaint to the Chief Inspector copied to his MP.

The offence of handling stolen goods seems perfect for this and as they have him on camera buying fuel you have all the other driving without insurance etc

CPS won't touch it.

"Bought it down the pub off some bloke I never seen before, swore it was his, innit" = reasonable doubt.

Bullshit, but the result of moving prosecution to an organisation that's removed from the mucky end.

Garage defender and/or Enfield locks and/or starving pitbull inside ("Bought it down the pub off some bloke I never seen before, swore it was a boxer/lab cross, innit")

This.

The Police not doing anything is horrendous. He is clearly guilty and deserves to be prosecuted within the law.

Then surely if they have cctv evidence of him filling up at a petrol station they have evidence that he used that vehicle uninsured and can give him 7 points (on the license he wont have) and a hefty fine?

Irrelevant. The failure to even present the case against the scrote considering it was found at his house, secured with his lock and there is CCTV of him riding around on it quite likely constitutes the offence of 'misconduct in public office'.

I think I covered that with "bullshit".

What do though? Private prosecution? Against the scrote and the coppers?

I'm glad it's not Fladdem's bike as I had originally feared. And that pit bike was a nice one too!

But all said, they are a fucking liability and unless your going to take it in the house with you at night and sleep with it in the bedroom, then fuck it off sharpish.

They will never stop coming back for them, and once they know you have one and where it's kept they will be round like Bee's around flowers.

Tell him to get rid of it and let someone else have the problem. You will sooner or later have the same problem too IMO, it's best to get rid as quick as you can!

Someone in my road had their garage door smashed to shit for a pit bike, and has had repeat attempted break-ins since.

His RS 125 is living in the kitchen, the pit bike in his bedroom. Laughing he's looking into stronger security, a new garage door, to replace the smashed up one and some other stuff to chain the bikes to.

I've told him that they'll keep coming back for the bike now. They know where a decent one is up for grabs now.

I think the police just can' be bothered to deal with another case of a stolen pit bike, it happens very often according to the officers he dealt with. Usually they get ridden around flat out until they are broke and then end up in the canal at the end of the night. Loads of them get dragged out of the canal, apparently.

You know where the scumbag lives. Give it a few months, make sure the scum still lives there and don't put windows through, wait for him in the dark with a bat, vandalise their car or exact any other kind of righteous vengeance. Coz it's illegal and that's what the police are there for.

The useless scum absolutely hate having complaints on their record, so it's worth it just for that.

Then, maybe.

Now, anyone at the sloppy end isn't going to go a week without getting a "He proper dont chuck Shaniyaa in jail cuz she text Darrren ima slag thats so bogus i want him out" against them.

I do encourage it, I'm just not seeing it resulting in any change in priorities.

Personally I wouldn't bother, but most people aren't prepared to do the police' job for them. So poke the useless tossers with a stick. Maybe they'll take it out on the thief if they're irritated enough.

Oh, but guess how quickly they'd take action if the victim booby-trapped his garage. Theeen we'd see some action from them. Puke

As been said, best thing you could do is beat the fucker to remind him as to why he doesn't want to come back...

Not that I'd condone such behaviour...

Oh I don't know, maybe he'll get ignored like Fisty did over that insurance thing or like I did over the DVLA. He'll never know unless he tries.

Mmm, apologies. I do agree that it absolutely warrants a complaint. I'm just a little jaded at the moment from seeing the sausage being made.
