He should report it to the police - that is a definite case of leaving the scene of an accident. I should imagine the car took some damage too.

this threads all a bit childish, yes the drivers wrong and it's upto Iceland to correct the situation but you be an adult and approach them, given the current facts there unaware of the situation. running straight to social media going waa waa compensate me without giving them a chance to do anything is just wrong and a great example of what's wrong with people today.
