New board and processor.

At the moment I have a Dell T5500 with a Xeon X5650, 24gb ram a ssd and a R9 270 card that does pretty much what I want. I need a smaller case and the board on this PC is frickin' huge, it doesn't even fit in my old Antec 900 case.


I've not kept up with technology so can anyone tell me if this is a good deal?
Asus 990FX Sabertooth - AMD Piledriver FX-8 8350 8 Core CPU & Motherboard Bundle £230 from Overclockers.

I'd probably look at using some of the memory from the Dell if is compatible, think they are 4gb ddr3 1333mhz, and add an extra SSD.
