That's the first bike racing programme I've watched in a long while. Thoroughly enjoyed it too, thanks for the alert Boris Think I might be getting the bug again!
I used to love watching the 500s. I must buy all the old Duke videos again of those seasons. Wish I'd kept them. Who knows, might even start watching current racing!

Don't actually mind the motorbike show (I know a lot of people on here hate it), once you get over the guy being one of the most irritating people in the known universe, it actually has some interesting stuff.

It's the voice-over style I have to try hardest to ignore... the rest of it is not too bad. Plus, he is riding roads that I am very familiar with - last night around the Clanfield/Black Bourton area, stopping (by the looks of it) at the Plough in Clanfield on his ride-out with his mate.

I re-watched the GP500 thing... I realised I had seen it before but it was still really compelling. You really realise how difficult those bikes were to ride fast.
