A good series, particularly for those of us who don't really know much about motorcycle racing
Also didn't realise he was paralysed in a crash (told you I didn't know my history). ____________________ Yamaha MT-03 '08 (crashed)

That's the first bike racing programme I've watched in a long while. Thoroughly enjoyed it too, thanks for the alert Boris Think I might be getting the bug again!
I used to love watching the 500s. I must buy all the old Duke videos again of those seasons. Wish I'd kept them. Who knows, might even start watching current racing!

Don't actually mind the motorbike show (I know a lot of people on here hate it), once you get over the guy being one of the most irritating people in the known universe, it actually has some interesting stuff. ____________________ Yamaha MT-03 '08 (crashed)

I was disappointed that at the end, after talking about it, grown men crying etc. they didn't actually show any footage of the Misano crash. |
I suppose the producers thought it was a bit pointless, we all know the outcome, so it could be seen to be a bit gratuitous.
If you want to watch it, it's on Youtube, but it's not even that spectacular, if he'd done it another ten times, he would have got away with a broken leg or two. ____________________ Things get better with age; I'm close to being magnificent........

It's fairly innocuous, Marquez landing on his neck was worse, and he walked away from that Also massive respect for his attitude, that he knew the risks etc. ____________________ Yamaha MT-03 '08 (crashed)
