USB Wifi Dongles

I'm going fishing for 3 days later in the week. There will be no 3G signal but I want to stay connected from my HP 14 Chromebook. Would a WiFi dongle still get signal in the middle of no where? I have no idea how these things work.

Have you checked for 3G signal? There will likely be no WiFi to connect to.

I'd say fishing is getting away from everything, wouldn't bother with technology.

Leave it at home. Take your phone but leave it switched off. Turn it one once a day when you get home to reassure your significant other you haven't fallen in and drowned if necessary.
