1st big bike, Hear me out

Right, i will soon have my A2 licence complete which means 47 hp until i retake when im 24, I need help choosing a suitable bike, I will be using it purely for fun as i use my car for work and will be taking my girlfriend or occasional mate on the back. I am 22 years old and owned a 125 4 stroke (ybr 125) for 12 months at the age of 18 (some experience) i stopped as i had an accident and snapped my femur and knee cap, anyways here is my suggestions and why

ZXR 400 (restriced) - Big bike nice sound and can get at a good price

DRZ 400 sm - Been on one and was quick enough (for me) and with an extra set of off road wheels it could be used for light green laning

Cagiva Mito 125- Looks really good, not silly fast but quick enough to put a smile on my face and no need for restricting

Sv650s (faired) - Restricts nicely apparently and can pick up at a good price

Would like to know what you all think of these, ideally it would be zxr or sv650s not restricted but i could get court out, has anyone been stopped and questioned about restriction providing you have the "certificate", I read somewhere that someone randomly had there bike seized and dyno'd

With the ZXR400 and the Mito, they are both getting more scarce now. It would come down to me to if i could find a really nice tidy one thats been looked after all it's life?

There's plenty of SV650's around to chose from, but they are possibly not as exciting as your other choices. The DRZ400SM i have actually ridden, and i found it reasonably punchy too, but as a distance bike with a small tank range etc it's probably the least practical choice of the four. I certainely would not try and use the same bike for off roading though, as it's far more than a set of different wheels that makes for a decent off roader.

If you want to play on the trails then get a road bike and a cheap off roader too IMO.
