Just had my tour of Spain and Morocco, three weeks of great riding. Now looking to plan next years jaunt, down to Venice.
Plan to use the Dover to Calais ferry crossing, travel to Luxembourg, Switzerland and Lichtenstein before reaching Italy and Venice.

Anybody got any must see places, roads etc they can suggest

On the way home or going. From venire head north up the A27 what turn into the SS51. Go to Cortina D Ampezzo. Hang a left along the SR48 past Arabba till you reach the SS242 then head up to the E45. Stunning countryside, mountain tops. Up to Inssbruck heading west. Im sure there is a few passes you can take here but cant for the life of me remember where they are. If passing Lake Konstanz take the north side if you can. much nicer scenery.

Not really, but you'd be close to where I live so if you're out these ways, you'll always get a bed and a bowl of food at our gaff if you're game.

My only advice is, when you get to Venice, don't take the blue roads on the map...

There's the Lido at Venice. That's a beach (well 2 public and if you can afford a hotel).

Vianden in Luxemburg is a nice wee town with good roads surrounding it. Possibly keep it in mind for the way home.
