Hello, I have just got my first bike, and I have caught the bug. I have bought a CBF125, and it has been great fun. The plan is to use it to commute to work and learn on.

It seems to be a really easy bike to ride. I have been using it most days, but I have been having a problem with the charging system on the bike. I had to bump it a few times now. I charged the battery yesterday, and now it will start on the button at the moment. The other problem is the lights, (front and rear) only work when I rev the bike.

I have trawled a few forums, trying to find the answer, but I haven’t found an answer yet.

Any ideas what it might be?
Thanks
Matt

Thanks that would be great if you do find it.

It would be DC, wouldn't it?

Not sure if i'm right, the regulator/rectifier converts ac into dc for the bike to use?
