Just wondering if this really is Bike Chat Forums or Scooter Chat Forums? Neutral

How many people on this forum site own a moped/scooter or a motorcycle?

Basically what is the propotion between the two?

Don't put moped/scooter if you own a motorcycle, as it's more than likely the motorbike you are more fond of riding!

Well I currently own a motorbike and a moped, so an option for both would be nice, but for now I'll tick the moped seeing as I am riding it. Smile

Got two cars and a scooter (Gilera Runner) and a narrow boat. Passed my driving test a couple of months ago and the scooter will very soon be up for sale, I think. Going to do my motorcycle test before my CBT runs out this year and would like a 250cc DT, dual purpose, sort of thing. Not exactly a biker, but I do have a BCF problem.

So are the people with mopeds/scooters happy with them. or is it just a means to an end until they can get a motorbike?

started with a 100cc scooter, To be honest it sucked major cock the SR125 was a far superior machine (and thats saying something)

Now I ride a proper motorbike and I can say its much better, faster and smoother no getting stuck behind slow bastards in cars who insist on going 52mph on a 60mph road.
