Got a new helmet

I got a new helmet due to the last one taking impact on the side and top.
Hunting around, I either have a weird shaped head or most helmets do not fit me, one of the ones I was particularly interested in was the Bell M1. Not expensive, removable cheeks and inside and in my opinion a really nice looking helmet.

My question is, how do you put the chin guard/insert into the helmet?.

If it's anything like the Bell M3R, you have to shove it in between the inside and outside parts. Was a bit tricky at first, think I squeezed it in a bit at one side, then slid it along to centre it. Now it comes out far too easy, pretty much everytime I hold the helmet by the chin part....

However difficult it is it can't be as awkward as the first time you try and swap the visor on an Arai. What devilish mofo came up with that design?

However, once you've seen it done it's stupidly easy.
