Bike trailer hire wanted

Just wondering do any of you good people know to a company/person that rents out bike trailers (in the westmids if poss) any help
please

I've had the same problem as well mate - doesn't seem to be anyone. However I found this company who sell a collapsible trailer.

Seems very handy storage wise, but would question the reliability and rigidity of the thing... and they're based in Lancashire.

If you can, get breakdown cover (with a company like this one) for £68 which covers you in any vehicle as passenger or driver. So you've dropped the bike keys havn't you and need taking the rest of the way to your destionation?

Buying your own works out infinitely cheaper than hiring if you're using it more than once a year - I have looked at hire and it's pricey and usually a pain in the neck for collection/return times.

Just a single bike trailer could be picked up on ebay for about £100 for a bog standard scruffy one.

You are of course more than welcome to borrow mine if you can be arsed coming to Slough to get it.

I borrowed a trailer to pick my bike up, It was such a heap. The wheels did'nt even fit in the rut. Got my baby home tho.

The unit has been professionally designed and it was verified using finite element analysis as part of the design process. It was then prototyped & tested to confirm the FEA results before being put onto the market.

I'm quite happy to take criticism where it is justified, but how can you criticise the "reliability and rigidity" of this product from the details that have been published? You simply don't have enough information to make such a judgement.

That looks like a pretty neat design to me. I was a bit confused about the assembly with no tools, but the gif explains all.

I'm very tempted by those little bikelug trailers, just a shame they're a bit out of my price range at the moment. Would be cool for when you go collect a bike, no lugging the trailer all the way there.

Need people to start buying them, giving up on the trailer thing and thus selling them second hand on ebay.

Rollins did just say he would question it, which is not criticising it, it is saying he would consider those issues if he was looking to buy a trailer. If you still consider it as criticism then I'd say he can criticise it as consumer.

My message was written during a period of frustration, I seem to spend a lot of my time trying to explain to people that heavy & strong aren't the same thing.
