Does anyone know if the reg/reg used in the YZF R125's is the same as the R6's? I'm sure they use the same unit pretty much across their whole range of bikes, don't they?

No. The R6 stator will give out more voltage than the R125 no doubt.

Have a look at cmnsl.com and see if the part numbers are the same, or search for the part number on google to see what model numbers come up.
