I am undecided. I was disappointed last year, a lot of the manufacturer stands had been scaled down and there wasn't nearly as much choice of gear as there was the year before. I haven't looked at the website yet, if there's nothing new I probably won't go.

Definately interested - although will likely be driving it if I do make it; car and bike both in need of new tyres amongst other things and the cars taking priority with winter coming up, plus a few hours riding on the motorway in likely crap weather won't be very appealing Vs a car Razz

Welcome to hitch a lift up and back if its any use, only adds a little under an hour to the journey from me and I might be able to tie it in with a stay-over in Bristol the night before anyway Thumbs Up

Any idea what day you're going?

I too was gonna take my car....you can carpool with us if ya like. Leave your car on our driveway, it maybe less economical than your little fart, but it's more luxurious Thumbs Up

Was thinking the first Sunday, the day after it starts.
I've already paid the £9 for parking, no point paying twice is there?

Just me and a mate going up for now, so you'll have to duke it out for shotgun.

LaughingMiddle Finger It serves its degrading purpose.

Sounds good Thumbs Up can't see any reason I can't make that Sunday - any idea what time we're likely to be leaving/get back to Bristol roughly; i'd probably be aiming to head back home the same day if possible.

Is it the guy with the ZX down the road from you?

Wasn't going, but now I am.

Got some time on the Friday and train tickets are cheap @ £12 return, so it's booked.

What's the admission and parking cost?

Last time I was there in 2008 and it wasn't anything special. Then I've heard it was getting worse and worse year after year.

I'm off with a Skoda enthusiast, Probably on the 29th or 30th.
He's driving so I can take it easy for a change. Looking forward to it.

I'll be there in the 30th. My wife and I are using this as an excuse for a weekend away, so staying at some hotel in Chipping Norton on the 29th (about half way from our home in London) and then on to the show. I'm hoping to try on some new boots and get my wife some decent gloves and fitted for custom ear plugs.

Perhaps naively, we are planning to take the bike.

It was very poor for a couple of years when the recession bit, but it's much bigger and better now Thumbs Up

My wife insists on the annual pilgrimage, so we're off on the 28th, followed by the Peter Gabriel concert at the LG Arena and a posh room at the Novotel Cool
