Despite his past, I think he's a cool guy. But no, never had any experiences with Mike Tyson, but when I fell off my bike on a busy roundabout, some guy jumped out of his car, helped me and my bike up and pushed it to the side of the road. It's nice when people do stuff like that.

When I fell off my bike a pair of girls in a Peugeot 107 pulled up to the junction, the passenger pointed at me, they paused, the driver leaned over, took a good look then they drove off & left me in the middle of the road.

No, he was simply doing what any other normal human being would do faced with the same situation & it's a pretty sad thing when someone doing the right thing is deemed out of the ordinary.

I was walking with my dad the other night, two Dominos pizza bikes came racing up the street and just as they came alongside us, one hit a speed bump in the road badly and went down, sliding a good few metres.

I ran into the road, picked up the bike and my dad pulled the guy gently to his feet.

His friend came back for him as I was leaning the bike against the railings. As they were thanking us for helping, the guy who had crashed (limping a bit) said to us, "It's my first night on the job too!!"

Think it depends what part of town you crash in. I had my accident in a nice(ish) area, so people came over. When I dropped the hire bike, admittedly I didn't go down (so I don't count it as a crash ), no one came over although someone asked if I was alright as they drove off A pal crashed in a 'ghetto' part of town and got no help either.
