Just found this while browsing yoochoob,

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QlW39jYXig4

This is basically a chopped down frame with monkey wheels and forks right?
Realistically, how much work/money would it take to make something similar? I think the end result looks and sounds fucking awesome.
With winter months approaching, could this be something for a beginner to piss about with in the shed?

Or, alternatively, could a 600/400cc engine be fitted to a monkey frame relatively easy?

Excuse the noob questions, but the knowledge of BCF is more efficient than google.

I doubt it. A 400 lump is a fair bit bigger and heavier than a little aircooled 125 single.

Take any reasonably moddern bike, replace wheels with small ones, shorten the swingarm (and possibly the fork angle). Remove tank/body work and replace with smaller versions.

× Ruined a good bike.

Or, if you wanted some fun on a small bike you could get a pit bike and spend your time/money actually riding - ideally with SM wheels in appropriate situations. Smile

Looks easy enough; you just need a montage.

Ok, by the responses I got, and the lack of responses I'm guessing there's a high percentage of disapproval. Haha. I realise it's basically a butchered bike, with silly small wheels and brakes, but I can't help think it looks cool.

SM pit bikes are a good shout, I just thought there'd been more of a desire for the bigger engines in smaller bikes..somewhat like replacing a 50 with a 140 in a pit bike.

Acht well, ne'ermind.
