Kawasaki also stated the 2015 Ninja H2 is a collaborative effort between its other divisions, from aerospace to watercraft and the gas turbines used in its high-powered jet ski. The company released a teaser video showing a sportbike-styled windscreen and tail section along with a glimpse of a sporty tank, but what engine will power the H2 remains up to speculation. Kawasaki will continue its teaser campaign throughout the month until the bike’s official unveiling at Intermot September 30.

Judging by the sound of it in this video, I am going to say 600-750cc supercharged.

Rumour has it that the prototype engine looked very ZX6-ish, which I guess is the point to forced induction, more power, less capacity. You'd piss 300bhp out of a 750 using modern turbo technology and engine management. I can't see it being a 1000, too obvious and not a great platform for showing the advantages of forced induction. I just hope it's a fair but more powerful than the S1000RR and Panigale.

Seems very wide, I suspect it's more of a follow up to the ZX12R than competition for the S1000RR.

The NR750 was a piece of engineering art even if it wasn't a particularly great bike. This strikes me as Kawasaki trying to pull a Lambo off.

So if Mr. Kawasaki rolled up outside your house, knocked on your door and said "Hi mate, we bought our new Ninja H2 for you to have, for free.." you would reply nah, looks shite? . Can't really see how it looks in the flesh, but so far I'm loving it. The sound, with those little chirps, made the hairs on the back of my neck stand up.

Can't wait to see the full bike. .

Is it actually a road bike? No headlights? It looks a bit too pointy to be a road bike too, I thought there were rules that vehicles had to be somewhat curved at the front to prevent injury in the event of a collision.

Lose the wings and gain some lights and it'd look great.
