^^^^^This times a gazillion. October is waaaaaaaaay too fucking early to think of Crimbo unless you're making mulled wine or a Christmas beer.

Agreed. But - if you've got kids - it's better to try and sort all that shit out two months ago, cos the later you leave it the more fucking stressed out you get.

On that - how abbout 15 years old or so when unopened?
The internet suggests it may have separated, but should still be drinkable.

(Official answer is 2 years unopened.)

We stopped doing Christmas a few years ago. It feels awkward at first but that's just societal pressure to conform. Once you're past that it's a liberating experience and to be heartily recommended. Thumbs Up

I've nearly finished my Christmas shopping, got less than a ton left to spend.
Booking a holiday in December has certainly honed my skills of financial planning.

I do all my shopping online. All year round not just at Xmas.
Only shopping I do in person is food and building materials for work.
Can't stand queuing or the numbtards they seen to find to work in the
shops. Not to mention how much cheaper it is buying online.

What would bother me is buying stuff without checking for deals online first, that's why I always shop online and put time into researching purchases. Fair enough some times it's cheaper in-store but sites like hotukdeals will tell you if that's the case.
