this says in my manual for husqvarna sm 125

4% (1:25) of oil-gasoline mix (during running) NOT LESS than 3% (1:33)when running is over.

"Running in", bedding in new pistons/rings/brearings/engine. Everyone has differing views on what you should do.

According to one of the top 2 stroke tuners in the country, the most important thing is heat cycles before you nail it. He used to ask us to run the bike up to temperature, just blipping the throttle on the stand and let it cool down 6 times before we rode it.

I would then keep the revs below 6000rpm for 10 minutes, then 7000, for 10 then 8000 for 10 then 9000, then it was ran in and could be ridden at full pace. Following this, I never had a blow up or seizure in 5 years racing.

thank you!
