I doubt anyone knows jack shit about them except maybe Keith but I really fancy this for my canal boat. Getting to the station etc.

Anyone heard of them?

They've been discussed a few times here.
They seem to hold their value well, so that's a fairly decent price I reckon - they're about £2500 new Shocked .

Personally, I'd consider an electric bike (maybe even a folding one if that's your thing); or a monkey bike/pit bike if you want more sensible 'go'.

No charging for an electric bike on my boat and a pit/monkey bike wont fit on the front. Thats why I quite fancy this.

You can get folding money bikes too, which are a bit more 'proper' - people that delivered hire cars to my old work would use them so they only needed one person to deliver.

Would have thought you'd be able to get a monkey/pit bike on the roof at least?

Indeed, the Skyteam Gorilla has folding parts such as handle bars. Really small to the point where it just slotted in my boot Shocked

Surprise that nobody has pointed out that the chassis is twisted.

Looks like a secondary school technology project that got marked as a poor attempt... "See me after class"

And back on the electric bike thing - for that sort of money you could probably just about add in a 250 solar panel with leisure battery/controller.

Expect that would do you fine for a full charge a day, even in winter (you'd have a few days worth of bike charging stored up in your battery, so you could probably last a couple of weeks or more with no sun at all). Then, if you are heading to work or elsewhere with a socket, can likely charge it there, further reducing your requirements.

If you've already got a 12v/other DC system, this is ideal as the chargers generally work better from DC.
