So, as many of you know, I've been holding out on upgrading to any phone that does anything other than text / phone calls / address book. Thereby owning an old style Nokia for a good few years (I'm actually on my second of the same model, thanks to Mr Fisty coming to the rescue and giving me another of the same a few years back). Mr. Green

Anyway, this is now dying slowly. It no longer rings when someone calls (in fact none of the ring tones work anymore even if I select them manually), the screen is so fluffy on the inside its hard to read text messages. It sometimes doesn't charge.

I need my next phone to be PAYG, keep the same SIM card / same number. I like silver phones (personal preference). I've always had Nokia's, so something similar but without predictive text would be fine.

I am open to having data on the phone, so I can log into emails... but it's not a necessity.

Can you guys recommend me something (with pictures preferably), telling me why it would suit my needs (in layman's terms).

Cheers in advance... Thumbs Up

Sounds like you need whatever they have in store for £15-20, possibly with 3G if you want internets.

Moto G on Tesco Mobile keep your own number.

Available on PAYG as well.

Phone that punches way beyond it's price point.

Great phone.

I have a spare Nokia which is my 5th backup phone you can simply have for nothing.

Works as I used it a few weeks ago.

The P1i is my 3rd backup phone, which works but the MicroSD card is stuck inside and therefore it is limited to 2GB.

I've got a Moto G, have to say it's a good bit of kit.
