The one that gets on my tits is "hell/heck"... as in "Hell, I could do with another 5 cheeseburgers". My other half spent half her life in America, I make fun of her often and try to teach her geordie slang but it sounds like arse when a yank says owt. Not sure why but I cringe when they say "cunt" as well, it just sounds wrong.

I catch myself using American slang too, dude being one of my most frequent, but nothing winds me up so much as the word "Ass".
