Is that not just cornering while doing a rolling burn-out using the front brake as opposed to getting the rear end to step out on a bend using power alone?

Probably quite hard to highside with a swing arm as long as that.
I guess it is drifting as they often use the the brakes to initiate a drift in car drifting and then the throttle to control it.
