Cheap Dual-Sim Phone needed!

I'm looking for a cheap dual sim phone for a family member who is going abroad. I'm not looking for anything special, as long as you can make calls and send texts from it, it'll do!

Not that one, but it's a Nokia so it will be OK unlike some of the Chinese dual sim ones I tried.

I ended up with a Samsung Duos for my works phone as I need dual sim (or 2 phones) and I'm happy with it. Obviously helps that my own phone is an S4.

Its a bit north of £100 though.
