Triumph Bonneville, they are so much sexier than a harley. Go have a look at them and get a test ride and get what you like.

Don't apply logic to it.

Nothing says mid life crisis like a 50 year old Hells accountant on a Harley.

But have you seen the minimal depreciation on them?

What will you be using the bike for? I ask because if it's low speed, high character, then I wouldn't rule out (here it comes) a Royal Enfield. Post 2009 EFI models have lower maintenance than the older carbies, they are credible machines.

Park it up next to a Triumph or W800 and smile indulgently at their repro-retro. Whistle

I like the 900 thunderbird.
Seems to be a decent bike from the reviews I've read.
I'm sure someone will knock it, or point out some faults they have but seems a decent bike to me and looks ace imo.

Hi,

for some reason I do not like cruiser or american hog style bikes like Harley, Indian or Victory. And you are in London do not think heavy cruiser is a good idea or fun. These bikes may work on route 66 but not here in the twisty UK roads. As Rogeborg have said Enfield would be better looking and handling here:

Bonneville is not a cruiser and it is much better bike, and looks more cafe retro, I would also look at the new Italian cafe retro style bikes too, new Ducati Scrambler and old Moto Guzzi V7 are very nice bikes too. Whatever you get post a photo here Very Happy

Have a reach down your front, locate some testicles, and then go retro muscle instead?

Kwaka zrx1100, Yamaha xjr1300?
