I was just doing a mock theory test on 2pass.co.uk, I passed btw. I noticed that This sign means minimum speed limit is 30. https://www.2pass.co.uk/11.gif

I have never ever seen a road with a minimum speed limit, have any of you? Confused

Not seen one for years. I seem to remember I saw a 30 restriction on a dual carriageway across a bridge, but don't remember where.

Can't say i've seen a minimum speed limit sign however i believe Motorways have minimum speed limits of 30mph. Might be 20mph, can't remember!

Also, Mobility scooter things are allowed on A roads / duel carriage way, as long as they go 8mph and have an orange flashing light on the top! Shocked

There's one coming out of the Dartford Tunnel, probably inside too.

It's a minimum of 10mph.

Seen a few of them. Main place seems to be tunnels like the ones under the Mersey.

The only place I can remember seeing a minimum speed limit (I think it's 15mph) is going through the Dartford Tunnel. Not too common. I don't think a minimum speed limit applies to motorways, however if a Traffic patrol car saw you driving down the motorway at 15/20mph, you probably would be pulled for causing an obstruction/hazard on the carriage way.
