Now you can reach velocities that mean you don't have to settle for smashing holes in peoples garden walls......... you can smash all the way through in to their front room.

I think you'll struggle to get a fazer of any year with that budget. Unless it's a wreck.

2002-03 models are still £1700 (on a good day) to £2400 on a normal day.

But good luck.

Have you looked at a bandit?

If you do it before the 2 years are up, you will also need to re do the theory test too.

Aye that's a good example!!!! 65 thousand miles.

The prices I quoted were for 10-20 thousand miles.

Saywhat?

i bought a fazer for 1300 4 years ago, if you pay over a grand for one now, you're paying too much

I guesse their was a surplus in your area.

I looked all summer, you'll no get a sub 20,000 mile example for less that £1700. Again, unless it's a wreck.

Mind you I could get my favourite loaf of bread for 79p four years ago. Now it's £1.85. So I don't think your argument stands up.

Is the CBR600F eligible for restriction? It must be close. I guess the FZS probably is.

Oh, what a tangled web they've woven.

My understanding is that particular gotcha! applies if and only if you sit A less than 2 years after passing A2, but more than 2 years after passing your original theory, and while under 24.

I'm guessing you've done A2 as you want to step up off the 125 and get something with a bit more power, otherwise waiting until you're able to do your full A at 24 would have been my plan.

Getting a 'winter hack' that's either easy to restrict or doesn't need to be restricted would be a good plan while saving towards the A and bike you really want.

if you get the bike that's borderline restriction and it can't actually be restricted then you could have it seized if suspected to be over the power limit which wouldn't end well for you but cause some laughter on here I'm sure.
