Hi All

Just wondered if any of you guys / girls did the Winter Wolf Run this weekend?

If so, does anyone have any photos or video they'd like to share?

I wasn't able to take a camera / GoPro round with me and would like to see what people have.

I know it's a little early for it to start popping up here and there.

Would really like to see any GoPro footage from today's run as I found the below for yesterdays but it was nowhere near as wet and muddy as todays!

I was there today, off time was 10.20am.

There will be some interesting pictures as I got stuck in the mud right next to the camera guy, this was a section where the thick swamp mud was up past the waist, so should be some shots of three blokes taking an arm and a leg each trying to wrench me from the bog. Funny shit.

We had a guy with a GoPro as well but expect it'll be a few days before he trims the footage down and posts it up.

You can't blame me, surely? I mean, I'd never heard of it 'til now.
My Blood and shackles up, this, the Winter Wolf Run, was bound to make the Pamplona Bull Run seem child's play.
Truly, I was expecting sound gnashing of teeth, howls of pain and more torn-off limbs than you could shake a stick at.

Once more into the fray . . . I don't think.

So what part of each of the words 'winter', 'wolf' and 'run' are the organisers/contestants failing to grasp?
I tell you -- would that I could catch my breath -- I'm almost sparko with the excitement of it all.
As for GoPro, I'm surprised that camera technology is sufficiently advanced to keep up with such frenzied activity.

Do you know, I think that I'm now going to slap some paint on the bathroom door and then spend the next 24 hours watching it dry.
Just to put some oomph back into my life.
Or maybe count all the individual tufts of this carpet . . .

Nah its in the summer I think, and yes it looks absolutely fucking horrible.

There's a couple of others going on in the midlands area which I might look into, one called "The Reaper". Another called "Dash of the Titans" which my bro did a couple of months ago and said it was shit and not very well organized at all.
