Went over on my ankle a few hours ago and its starting to really hurt...

The right is now sore to the touch, swollen, can't walk on it and sore even when im not walking on it - this bad lol ?

Nope, had to stop for 5 minutes, then pain got so bad and it went numb. Went to work, had to get a lift home.

Think ill make a wee trip to A+E tomorrow.

In the meantime treat it with CARE

Cold: Ice packs.
Asprin: Non-steroidal anti-inflamatory drugs reduse the damage from the initial incident and relieve the pain.
Rest: Don't try to walk on it, You'll do more damage.
Elevation: Raise the effected limb higher than your heart (so lying down, foot up on a pillow) to reduce the inflamation
