Hinge for sliding door?

For the bike shed, when i got it one of the hinges on the right hand side door was broke, tonight the other one gave up so the top of the door is just hanging.

Now iv had a look online and a cant seem to find anything like these,

Large DIY stores do sliding door runner kits that you might be able to fit or fettle.

Also try a google search to find an 'architectural ironmonger' - they often sell spares and repair kits for sliding door gear.

You could also try asking the shed manufacturer if they can provide spares. Thumbs Up

Had l look around, my shed looks the same as yardmaster's emailed them pictures but apparently its not one of their sheds.

There are no logo's anywhere on the shed, iv been keeping an eye out at the local tip on the off chance but no luck so far.

Ok computer numpty here with 2p. Can you not take the broken bits, fashion them together somehow with gloy/sellotape/whatevs, take picture of offending item, upload and search picture function google thing? Sort of reverse engineer the interwebs? Gagged

^fuck that, just take it apart. Two lumps of plastic + hacksaw and drill = maximum bosh. Thumbs Up

Alternatively, you now have in you mortal hands, the pattern required for someone with mill to fashion some superdooper strong mkII's.

Alternatively #2; Does that top half of broken plastic bolt to the hanger? Two bits of angle will do.

the plastic bolts straight onto the the door, pretty crap design to be fair.

Isn't there a way of making the dooro into a normal opening one rather then sliding

Possibly but it would take a lot of work, the doors/doorway are really flimsy.
