I have found that with angled or clip-on type handlebars, the master cylinder angle can sometimes cause some air to be trapped. So what you could try doing is to unbolt the master cylinder from the bar and to tip it up so that any air that might be trapped can escape via the small bleed hole in the master cylinder.
Does one of the brake hoses go from one caliper to the other, looped across the back of the front mudguard? If this is the case,it may well be that there is air trapped in this loop.In this case, the easiest way to get rid of any trapped air is to unbolt the furthest caliper in the system and to raise it above the other and ask for some help to bleed that caliper while the master cylinder is actuated ____________________ Just talk bikes. What else is there?
