please can anyone advise, my sons 1988 dr 125 recently failed an mot because both wheel rims were buckled i have looked around but the only ones i have found are £180 +p&p. i was wondering if there are any other type of wheels that would fit or even a ones off a more modern bike. thanks karl

You can get them trued, plenty of guides to do it yourself too.

Bad enough to fail MOT I expect there well past truing
Either get wheels rebuilt £££ or find 2nd hand
£180 fro a pair is not that expensive as rebuilding will cost you £150/£200 each
