I remember there was a thread about this game a couple of months ago; the game caught my attention. Now that I know about its website, the game now has my attention! I'll definitely be buying it.

Exactly. There's no gameplay footage to suggest it will be any good.

Having said that, Milestone make the MotoGP games. '14 was superb, the handling was spot on, with scalable difficulty. AI was occasionally a little thick but it was definitely a solid 4/5 star game.

I'll definitely be buying it because there are no modern bike games on the PC that interest me.

Quote:
DISCOVER THE BIKES

Ride on four different bikes classes and up to 100+ available models. Even the electric bikes will be available! On Ride you will find:
NAKED BIKES
SUPERSPORTS BIKES
SUPERBIKES BIKES
HISTORICAL BIKES

JUST AS YOU LIKE IT

Change the appearance and its components to upgrade your bikes. There are five different main areas to improve:
APPEARANCE (Livery from official catalogue, Turn Signals, Rear Plate, Side Mirrors, Brakes and Shifter Levers, handlebar, Grips)
TRANSMISSION (Gear, Quick Shifter, Chain)
BRAKES AND SUSPENSIONS (Brakes Disc, Brake Disc Caliper, Brakes Lines, Suspension)
WHEELS (Wheel Rims, Tires)
ENGINE (Eletronic Control Unit, Air Filter, Prepared Head, Oil Replacement, Exhaust)

I've been looking around for years and I haven't seen a bike game on the PC that has features that comes close to this.

There aren't enough bike games released to pick and choose from.

I'm hoping for Tourist Trophy like attention to detail.

Don't get too cut up about it. I can't see those other third world bike manufacturers like Honda or Suzuki either.

So KTM, Kawasaki, Ducati and Yamaha have been confirmed so far. There's 10 more manufacturers to be revealed, so I'm guessing Honda, Suzuki, BMW, Triumph, Aprilia and MV Agusta will definitely be there, that's 6 more. Let's say 7 will be an electric motorcycle manufacturer (any ideas of which one exactly?). Hypothetically speaking that leaves the final 3 manufactures... But which ones is the question.

Seeing as "historical" is one of the bike categories, then perhaps one or two of the old British manufacturers will be on there...

I don't want to be this guy, but it does not look that good, imo. Even the PS2 game Tourist Trophy looks better + it's got bikes from the 70's up to 00's, and RC162 from the 60's.

I know the game is not released yet, but I am quite disappointed. It does quite look like the ''Super bikes Riding Challenge'' for PC, which I only played because of bikes, other than that, it was terrible.

This guy obviously needs to go to Specsavers reading his comment "IMO you can tell just from the gameplay and visuals it will be best bike game ever created."

IMO it looks like the work of a 10 year old with crayons. Will wait until Monty has thrown his money away on it and see.

Think it looks pretty cool, won't be buying it brand new but tbh the only games I do buy on release date are GTA and Elder Scrolls games! Theres nothing on the internet about it though :/ so will def wait for some reviews.

What were you expecting? More lens flare? Washed out HDR?

Can't be North Wales, no traffic coppers.

This is something a car driver could rarely say, part of why I like bikes so much, they are accessible to anyone imo. Won't be many guys playing the new Gran Turismo with their lambo sat in the garage waiting for a sunny day!

I'll wait for the review of the PC version before committing, but I'll keep an eye on it for sure.

That game has cutting edge graphics and gameplay from about 10-15 years ago.

I think I'd rather ride actual bikes. Same reason I got bored of GTA V when I started riding... what's the fun of virtually hanging into corners when you can do it in real life and sharpen real world skills? If the get the release date to coincide with "end of biking season" (for those not brave and/or crazy enough to just do it all year round) it might work better.

Although I can see the PS2 game Tourist Trophy being super useful if you're actually signed up to do the TT in some way or form, you can use it as an interactive map to learn the course because it's LONG.

Oblivion did better looking trees almost 10 years ago, and don't get me started on that 1999 grass.

The lighting is awful with fullbright everywhere and very little else.

Whilst youtube has to shoe a fair part of the blame, either theres some LOD issues going on or they don't have anisotropic filtering working right.

Z fighting ahoy.

I'm not entirely sure that having a rather bike heavy poly count budget combined with what appears to be a lack of tessellation is a good idea in 2015 either.

Kudos to them for making it though, fingers crossed it comes together in time for release. Tourist Trophy has needed a decent successor for far too long.
