Keep everything standard and start from there.start with a clean plug.
Float height,mixture settings.
Can't remember if your model has a disc valve system to time the fuel n air intake. if so check the accuracy of the disc.
Blowing out the carb n jets with compressed air may help, check tank is clean or has filter on fuel line.
