my own fault but i got to laugh

So today has been eventful and all my own fault.

have a gig at the cosmo in Leeds djing.
so I got the bike out this morning.
saw all the ice in the garden and on the wooden boards i put down to roll the bike in to the shed with out creating a mud trench.

I get the bike out roll it around the boards I step on the board slip and drop the bike I couldn't pick it up by myself.
lost all my petrol to the floor thank god I was only on reserve.

dad runs me to petrol station i get a jerry can filled and come home fill the bike, get it out on the street the throttle cable snaps. I knew it need replacing but was risking it due to cash flow.
then I bring the bike in to the back garden and drop the dam thing agien due to ice on the path.

lesson learned ice is not nice and i am a tit.

I think your lucky your hugely expensive throttle cable snapped at home and not out on the road miles from home, in the cold and the dark with no phone signal.
