on friday i was sittin on my ped, engine idlin on the pavement waitin for my mate to start his bike, two boys come to me an one says get the bike, i aint no push over so i tell the geezer to go f**k him self tried to ride off an he grabs the passenger rail half stacked half ghosted the bike through someones frontgate into their rosebush, while fending my attacker off i took the keys out an put them in my zip pocket and started fightin the boy in the fight my helmet dropped off cos i hadnt done up the strap so while we are punchin the shit outta each other his friend decides to grab my helmet, while this had been happenin my friend rode off to get some staff from school, so they came out eventually and the boys scarper with my lid leavin my to collect my bike from the rosebush with tones of pannel damage and a funky noise coming from somewhere inside the bike. destroying my plans to sell it an with a repair bill instead of profit

Thumbs Down Evil or Very Mad Frickin scum...

You might be able to get an insureance claim, theres a fun that will insure you against uninsured drivers e.t.c. maybe its worth a go (not terribly likely though) you need to report it to the police straight away anyway, these shitends might try the same thing again on somebody else...

the police are involved aparantly two little minor 'rudeboys' and i use the term lightly, from my school new about the bike and tried to get me set up with boys from their 'crew'.....obviously the crew isnt very tough. im third party only an i really want to keep my no claims for my bigger bike next year. im takin everyone involved to court and gonna press as many charges as possible an if that dont work....we will have to do things their way

Doh, you forgot the first rule!

You = wearing lid, he = not wearing lid.

If you nut him, he goes down, major damage.

pay more attention in class, boy!

Seriously though, sorry to hear this, did you know them?

So the one's that did it came they from that school? and, if so, can you not sue the school / education board or even their parents for negligence for not supervising them and claim for the cost of repairing damages to your bike because those boys are supposed to be in class weren't they?

That's the problem these days it's all about being nice to the juvenile criminal and it's due do gooder social workers advising courts never to jail but rather send them on holidays because if they see people giving them treats they will become better citizend - what a load of bull shit !

We shouldn't detention centre's into holiday camps but rather keep them in over night and have them to clean up parks, streams and build country pathways and white wash graffiti !

The sentence has to fit the crime and not let them have sentences run concurrently anymore otherwise they will do a hell a lot of damage to people's personal property ie bikes, cars, etc. and only serve for one crime even when they have done many crimes!

I've had a bike the past stolen by juvenile criminals and personally I would have prefered to kick **** out them !

Do I take it then that (at least compared to them) you are somewhat vertically challenged Monkfish?

Another tip then, from a certified shortarse, head down, helmet in the nuts is also VERY painful......... Laughing

Sounds like you were pretty much winning anyway though. Hope they get the scum & they get what they deserve.

It took the Police 1 year later to finally catch them two that did it by DNA when they got caught trying to steal a car in their own town.

This time my new bike is alarmed and chained when I am not using it !

With some bike gloves you can have armour in them then you can punch them pretty dam hard !

Geez. Thats the first time I've heard of someone being jumped while stood still. Middle Finger Them, scum of the earth.

Still, it could of been a lot worse. Be happy one of the twats didnt have a knife or the such. Good for you standing up to them, it obviously worked.

Shame about the bike though, but a battered bike is better than none at all.

Hope you get it all sorted, with any luck the Police will catch them in the act another time!

Sound's bad but ive known similar happen to lad's on Pizza bikes round near me. Best thing to do is go for one of them and kick him in the balls (maybe 2-3 times) then knee him in the head, this assumes your not wearing your helmet. Then go ape-shit and put at least one in hospital for a week or so! Evil or Very Mad

Hope your case goes well Thumbs Up

And the lesson to be learnt here?

Fasten your bloody helmet! First thing you do!!

That way, however hard he tries to punch you, it'll hurt him more.

Unlucky mate. Thieving scum.

It is also worth remembering that a big huge chain with a padlock on the end of it can be used as an anti-theft device in more ways than one!

The only thing to remember when fightiong with a helmet on is that it is well and good untill someone gets a good hold of it and twists

Helmet being twisted = broken neck!
