Shaving what do you use ?

InB4 : a razor Duh !

Couple of years ago I started practising traditional shaving, I currently use a 1961 Gillette Slim adjustable fitted with Gillette 7'clock green blades.

And a Solingen steel cut throat when I have tons of time to shave.

I find the result a lot better than what I used to get from disposable razors.


So what do you all use if anything at all?

Bugger all. A shaving implement has not been near my face in almost 40 years.

Dry shaver thingey. Minimal effort, shave isn't great, but I don't have time to piss around trying not to cut my own face off.

My shaving days have been suspended pending an experiment.
I do, however, have a ridiculously sharp small Leatherman knife with which I have no doubt would be able to shave hair.

Edwin Jagger DE razor with Wilkinson Sword blades, Wilkinson sword blue bowl shaving soap and a badger hair brush.

Switched from a gillette fusion pro glide about 8 months ago and have never looked back.

I intend to get a proper cut throat at some point.

I used a DE razor for the past couple of years but recently gone over to the Aldi 3 blade razor. It's easily as good as the mach 3 but like the lidl razor already mentioned it's a quarter of the price.

If I can be arsed, mach 3 on head and face. If I can't be arsed (which is the usual these days) clippers.

My nads get the Veet treatment, which is another game entirely....

Tried all sorts of dry shaving tools but never close enough for me, wet shave everyother day, I sport a thin chinstrap kind of thing.
