I currently have a Rieju MRX Pro 50 for off road use with a stock engine, carb and air filter with a technigas eno-x exhaust, i want to get the most out of it as i can so looking for advice on an air filter, new carb and size and maybe a 70/90cc if its worth it, any advide would be appriciated.

It's not.
Unless it's a stolen bike, you should be able to sell it and get a bike more better suited to off road work for similar money, especially if you add all the extra you'd have to spend to still have a slow bike.

Why do you want to keep it rather than get a bike a lot more suitable for off road?
Have you ridden any more appropriate bikes? If so, what?

Well, in that case, my advice would be you at least try riding some other bikes that are more suitable before you waste a load of money on making a not very suitable bike slightly less unsuitable.
Then you may see why others would consider it a futile exercise.
