^^^Feeling from a squared off tyre feels quite different to the oversteering effect of a bike with it's arse up.
After doing all the usual checks like head bearings, front and rear wheel bearings then check on the ride height.
Has the front end been lowered or the height increased on the rear? If so then return to original spec and see how it handles. ____________________ Diabolical homemade music Bandcamp and Soundcloud

Have you fitted a 120/60x17 or a 120/70x17?
What tyre pressures are you running?
Have you checked the pressure since the new tyre was installed?
Have you got an accurate pressure gauge? (do not rely on the dial gauge on a foot pump as they are notoriously inaccurate )
Have you thought about getting the front end checked out?
New fork oil?
Checked the headrace bearings? ____________________ Just talk bikes. What else is there?

I have has this bike from march but only noticed this issue2 weeks ago. I used to turn as i wished but now feels really strange |
Okay, let me see if I've got this right. You obviously know the bike pretty well because you've been riding it for nearly a year, so it would seem the issue is with the bike not the rider.
If we assume that the bike has not been ridden by someone else and unbeknownst to you damaged by them, it seems to me that the most likely culprit here is the tyre. So can we return to this for a second.
You say you have replaced the tyre recently? And that it has been fitted to rotate in the wrong direction. Let us for a moment ignore the potential problems this rotation issue creates (and assume that these will only be really apparent when riding in the wet), the question I have is this - is the tyre the same make and type as the old one?
I ask because I recently switched from Avon to Michelin, and whilst the bike handled as it should with the Avons when inflated to the pressures listed in the handbook, the Michelins did not. Book pressure for mine is 29f, 33r. Which is fine for the Avons. However, for the Michelins, this feels far too low. Riding a bike with under-inflated tyres is no fun at the best of times. So I set about experimenting with extra PSI. I now inflate the front to about 34-36 psi in the front, and about 38-39 rear. It has made a significant difference. Obviously, if you have not changed the make and type of tyre this suggestion is useless. But if you have, it's worth trying higher than book pressures by a few PSI and seeing how that feels. Because this to me sounds like a tyre issue. ____________________ "Life is a sexually transmitted disease and the mortality rate is one hundred percent."

Can rotation cause this ?
|
Of course. Some track based tyres with very little tread may be OK flipped the other way, but a road tyre with more of a tread pattern is going to feel pretty odd the wrong way round. Also check the pressures with the manufacturer, some tyres don't need anything like 34psi nowadays.
If you're fitting these tyres yourself, are you aware of the yellow dot mark to show the weight imbalance of the tyre? I can't remember which way round it goes now, so worth checking, but I think it's yellow dot to be placed by the valve. If you get this wrong it will need far too much counter weights fitting to the rim. ____________________ TZR250 2MA road, TZR250 1KT road, TZR250 2MA race, TDR250, YZF-750R Boost colours.
