Wales, I'm surprised they didn't euthanise him.

Map here, looks to be NSL as soon as you're away from the houses. Solid whites, I wonder, have they dropped it to 30 all the way along recently and were out to enforce it.

Streetview shows 30mph signs at the St Asaph end of the road. (And carries the date Oct 2009, so they've been there a while). Probably slipped the judge a small something ( like his cock)!

I looked into it a while back but the photos don't justify the 'growing old disgracefully' tag
