All three boys are zooming around St.Ptersburg in/on methods of transport of their choice, with the Stig following along behind.

Very similar to when the boys did the same thing in London Rolling Eyes

Nah, apparently this time they got to choose the vehicles themselves. Laughing

Anyway, don't hate - appreciate.

Best thing petrolhead wise that's on the box.

inb4 100 replys 'same old shit again but I still watched it...'

I missed it and... surprisingly I don't care Thinking

I used to like it long ago, but like said above it's the same thing over and over again and got boring.

I'll be honest it wasn't as good as I hoped.

The bit that made me laugh the most was the stig dropping those books on the floor.

Still, the only thing I watch. Thumbs Up from me!

All wearing Chilean flag badges for the studio parts of the show.
Wonder what message they were hoping to be sending given that they said this was being broadcast in a number of world regions this evening?

I quite enjoyed it, it was definitely entertaining Thumbs Up

Stig bashing his head against the railings to get at the car, I genuinely lol'd

There was a better joke to be made; if the book had obviously been Lewis Hamilton's autobiography, then it would've got more laughs and linked into the previous cross city race.

The devil is in the detail and I think the details have been lacking in recent series.

It is still entertaining (I also LOLd at Stig banging his head on the railings) but they need to get sharper.

Rather funny when Hammond fell off the bike (the first time).

It does look like this season has some fresher ideas, I still enjoy it and will still watch it.

Some people complain it's repetitive and the same stuff and same jokes etc, but when asked they don't have any sensible suggestions as to how to improve it (the only suggestions I ever seem to hear are ones to make it like Old Top Gear, which was so bad the presenters all left and it got cancelled). The fact this season is being simulcasted around the world shows how popular the format is and that it still works, maybe more popular now than ever.

Would like to see one of them have used a bike... both May and Hammond ride, so May could have taken the bike and Stiggy could have driven instead.

Just to prove how much better the bike is.

Problem is, they might have lost the camera bike.

I assume that they filmed it from motorcycles, as usual, demonstrating everything that we really need to know.

besides hammond and may riding bikes clarkson has a scooter that he has been seen riding round london on and pics are easy to find to prove, but it would have pissed all over everything else, and they were trying to support 4 wheelers

There was an episode when Hammond was riding a motorbike. Black shadow I think it was.

Apparently the Vincent was mullered by the film crew putting in resistor plugs to stop them interfering with their equipment, and not telling the tech crew.

Must be true, I read it unsourced on Wikipedia.
