Has ayone done any of these courses?

It is a wheelie school and i think it is a safe way of getting to know the balancing point . the stunt asylum does stand up wheelie as well.

I have but then always worried of cop seeing you and also it is a short space so can't hold it up for long .

I think it may be worth the money for an entire day ( 2-3 hours riding time) in a safe environment with electric anti flip

I haven't, but me and a friend were discussing doing it ftlols, never really got too far into organising it though as money and distance are two significant factors. There are cheaper and easier and closer bike-related activities we could do instead (e.g. Try Speedway, off road/crosser days and other stuff).

Iirc, BvG went to one, and The Bike Show also did another a couple seasons ago

Is this because if you learn to wheelie and keep the front wheel off the ground it doesn't matter if the tyre is on the wrong way round?

I did the stunt asylum one, and it helped a bit, but I didn't end up being able to consistently wheelie. I suspect it was partially down to my (lack of) bodyweight because it rained in the afternoon and other people were managing some nice wheelies, but whenever I tried I span up the rear tyre.

Although, to echo other peoples sentiments in this thread, there is no point in learning to wheelie until you can ride well normally anyway IMO.

Remember kids, bikes aren't like lego. You can't easily take a part from one bike and then fit it to another.

I tend to just find somewhere quiet and practice without paying £££

Last time I did any real form of wheelies was in France, but they were for the lulz

Re ride normally i am bud , was a but nervous in rain riding which is now sorted . It was due to how my bike felt which i know have got used to it

Advise him he needs to be less homosexual when he next chooses a bike otherwise I'm afraid he will have to be executed at dawn.

I've never ridden one but would like to Shifty

Only another year and a bit to go before I can get the MT09, Paddy. Wink You're more than welcome to have a go sir.

This wheelie-ing malarky is quite nice actually. I've been missing out the last 2 years!
