You'll get more help if you re-post this in the Workshop section

They appear to be cheap Indian bikes with unreliable components that fail repeatedly, sold at an eye watering markup in the UK.

Sad thread is sad.

If it's 3 months old then it'll be under warranty so give it to the dealer and hopefully they'll lend you a more reliable bike while they fix yours.

My solution is to sell the bike ASAP.

Did my L plate time on the Duke and it was a horrific bike. So much so, the second I turned 24 I did my DAS and got myself something Japanese and reliable.

I had the Duke for a little under a year and it caused me so many problems from engine cutting out for no reason, refusing to start, mist under my digital screen etc etc etc. I know its a great looking bike but my advise would be chop it in and get something reliable. You can get a nice little used CBR125 for about half the price!

Interesting auction that, apparently that bike does 90mph Confused and even stranger only 45MPG? That would worry me more than the BS top speed claims. But anyway, missing the point, get a nice Jap 125 just maybe not that one Shocked

To be honest I didn't bother to read the description, but if that CBR125 does 90 I'm chopping in my er6f and picking that one up Idea
