You can see from how celebs like to fling lawyers around it is probably wise for hosts of web sites to protect themselves as it will be them in court and not the prat who posted names here there and every where when the shit hits the fan.

We know that and it is done in a sick jest format, but we al know how things can be twisted, and we also know that peeps on here like to twist things out of all reasonable pub type talk that we normally do.

Probably knock the thread off, probably let one start again only to have a little clear up every now and then. Just good house keeping really, no real issue, just that issue.

Wasn't me.

"Round 2" is also gone but still shows up but on a google search. Not cached on google though and most BCF pages are.

I'd suggest there have probably been both communications of a letiginous nature to the site admin and "right to be forgotten" requests to google.

Google notifies the owners of websites that have been removed from search results, it'll probably never happen but it would be interesting if Korn were to post a list of threads which have been removed from Google search results.

I'm aware of numerous threads about one particular 'incident' which have been removed from Google's search results but I'd be willing to bet there are plenty more.

And we don't really need to be that bothered about it for the day to day enjoyment of this site. It disappears make a new one, if Korn doesn't like it he will tell you, If it is ok within reason then it stays until hosts change things. I haven't had to change my underwear because of it and nor should anyone else really.

Conceivably you may find out that you've crossed a line when the summons for a libel case hits the mat, or Dibble smashes in your back door early in the morning because you hurt dem feels.

The intardtubes are not the wild west any more.
