We could have done that but the family wanted as many bikers to follow the young lads hearse. So we raised money while we done it.

Excellent charity, great for you to do that, good on you. Tbex is the best charity out there.

Coincidentally met up with Talan today to sort out shoot a documentary.

We met Talan when we handed over the cheque. I've never met a braver, no thats not right, madder. Yeah, madder man in my life. He sat there in his wheelchair telling us about how his first crash in racing as a paralysed crash was a good one, if one can call it that. They had used too much velcro to keep him on the bike and when he fell off the track it kept him on the bike. Now they use less velcro.

He's an inspiration.

We're hoping to go help out on one of their experience days in July. The 3 of us at work have promised to help out. This could involve launching bikes, holding them while they get going, or, and I am not looking forward to it, catching. Launching would be no problem. Standing in front of a bike as it comes towards you and catching it before the rider and the bike falls over, trusting they will stop. Gulp!
