Saw the job advertised but no clear info on what it involves but seems to be about dealing with private homeowners in council blocks. I think it might be worth applying for but I could do with more info on what to muck up on for a job app.

if its what I think it is you go round and check that communal area's like stairs, entrance area's & doors are clean and no damage
also its common for a block of flats to have a shared responsibility for roofs etc
which the officer has to have inspected and repaired if needed

living in a block of flats here in London, we have a guy come round from the Factors office every now & then
still waiting on them fixing the entry buzzer thats been faulty for 3 years Laughing

I can be crap at getting repairs done, no bother 😁

That's kind of what I thought the job might be.
