NEEDS HELP 98 SUZUKI GSX-R600

HEY I HAVE A 98 SUZUKI GSXR600 I BOUGHT ABOUT 2 WEEKS AGO I REALLY DON'T KNOW ABOUT BIKEs... I HAVE A ISSUE I RIDE MY BIKE AROUND THE BLOCK MAYBE ONCE OR TWICE AND WHEN I PUT IT ON NUTRUAL IT SHUTS OFF ON ME SOME TIME IT TURNS BACK ON QUICK BUT SOME TIME I'LL HAVE TO WAIT ABOUT 30 MIN BEFORE TURNING IT ON..i changed the OIL on FRIDAY ANd PUT A Fuel treatment today but it still turns off... what and it be... I really need help I in joy riding but now its starting to give me a headache
