Hottrax Motorsport ACU BRA Licence Courses

If you are looking to get your ACU race licence, we are running courses on the following days:
We run a morning or an afternoon session and open to anyone wanting to gain a race licence.

Oulton Park - 4th February
Brands Hatch - 16th February
Cadwell Park - 18th February
Oulton Park - 25th February

The cost is £79 and includes the mandatory classroom CTC seminar followed by 3 on track sessions, courses commence at either 8.30am or 12.30pm.

You can also do just the CTC seminar or the on track assessment - please call to book.

So what is actually included with this?

Any benefits to me actually doing it?

You will get a motorcycle race licence at the end of it
If you want to race or do ACU test days you would need a ACU licence

If you don't intend to race its probably not worth doing unless you don't have a DVLA road bike licence

In that case you could get a race licence and still be able to do track days at most circuits

So its a full kinda racing licence for ones that require acu?

Assume it's bring your own bike, how long is the licence valid for?

Licenses run from 1st Jan til 31st Dec

And yeah, you will only really need one if you want to race.

I just applied for mine, whole shabang is about £200, that includes, ACU course, Club membership and Eyesight test and ACU license fee.

And yes you will need to take a bike

Are Hottrax running any days towards the end of march or start of April? I did Oulton on the 25th but didn't realize it was ACU until I'd actually got there so just did my normal track day.
