So I've got an ongoing personal injury and uninsured losses (leathers) case after the asstra incident. I'm having a few doubts about the competence of my claims monkeys and their pet quacks.

There have been a stack of delays to my medical report, and chasing this has produced gems like being asked by claims quacks if I have signed consent forms for release of medical details whilst I was sat there holding everryhting they has sent to my gp and complete with the responses from my gp saying they couldn't have the report until they paid for it.

Anyway about 3 and a half months late the medical report compiled by their specialist and referencing gp and hospital records arrives in the post. There were some inaccuracies involving grazes I didn't have. I immediately phoned the direct line to my claims monkey who first told me that the inaccuracies "wouldn't matter", then tried to claim that the inaccuracies were deliberate as otherwise the claim would "not be plausible". I then pointed out the inaccuracies contradicted the police report and would cause problems if anybody bothered to read both. I was assured this was "not going to happen". This goes around in circles for a bit before it occurs to me to point out that the claims monkey needs to look at the photos and accompanying letter concerning my leathers and waterproofs. It becomes evident that this has not been looked at before and is exactly what the claims monkey needed. It is decided to have the report corrected.

I have spent the last few weeks being bombarded by emails and phone calls asking whether I have received the medical report. My response to each of the phone calls has been "if you knew the details of the case, you would know that, I would like to register a compl" *click* *beeeeeeeeep*

Attempts to contact the claims mismanagement company to deal with this or to contact the insurance company that provided me with said monkeys in the first place have either resulted in further disconnections as soon as I mention that I am having issues or a promise for a call back from a named call centre manager which hasn't materialised.

Claims monkey was provided as part of shiny fully comp insurance. Doubt they are competent to find their own assholes with either or both hands, let alone fling their own shit. Is there any possibility of redeeming any of this shit before they make an epic screwup of this claim?
